As you may have noticed, Shfl’s gotten a minor visual upgrade, part of a larger site update I’ve been working on. There’s been quite a few albums added to 2025 and 2026 as well, and there’s been some pretty significant upgrades that you can’t see. As part of these changes, over the next few months we’ll be adding Tidal links, which has been a common request — these’ll be coming in slowly, but there should be coverage for most albums eventually.
I’ve been considering a number of changes to the site, and if you use it at all I’d really appreciate it if you would fill out our (short!) feature poll — while the core Shfl functionality isn’t going to change, I’ve been considering adding some things around the edges and it’d be great to hear about what people like and what they might use. Comments here or email (caleb@theshfl.com) are welcome as well.
On a more personal note, part of why Shfl’s been slow to update lately is that I’ve been working on a different (open-source) project called Lagniappe — that’s what I use now to manage Shfl and my personal life — more about that on GitHub if you’re interested.
